At Castlegarth Restaurant a certain love for the land inspires our cooking, where chef, forager and farmer co-exist. Our daily menu reflects the delight of eating foods that are in season and have been raised naturally. We have an extensive Canadian & International award winning wine list which begins with special bubblies and local brews and finishes with an impressive list of scotches.

Castlegarth Food Shop & Restaurant will be closing Friday, September 27th primarily so we can spend more time with our children.

Matthew is pleased to announce an exciting new project putting local homemade food in an unlikely institutional setting at St. Paul’s University in Ottawa, come by for lunch!

Jennifer is starting a new corporate catering company in Ottawa with Julie Harrison, who many of you have come to know over the last few years.  The company is called SPREAD and you can find us at spreadelivers.com.

For those of you with gift certificates yet to be redeemed, please do not worry, arrangements have been made and future owners of the restaurant will accommodate.

It is with sincere gratitude that we thank you for your kind and generous support over the years.  We consider many of you to be dear friends and you have made our time in White Lake very special.  We hope to see you again soon.
